Our Programs
NCCCLA partners with other organizations to bring Collaborative Law solutions to their membership. Current partners include the North Carolina Lawyers for Entrepreneurs Assistance Program ("NC LEAP").
NCCCLA programs not only benefit the constituents of our partner organizations, they increase general awareness of Collaborative Law Process as an effective and efficient dispute resolution method. Additionally, the programs provide NCCCLA members opportunities to gain experience working on Collaborative Law cases as they develop their individual practices.
North Carolina Lawyers for Entrepreneurs Assistance Program
NC LEAP, a program initiative of the North Carolina Bar Association, provides low-wealth entrepreneurs in our state free legal services to start and support their business ventures. NCCCLA members have embraced NC LEAP's mission and have agreed to provide qualified NC LEAP entrepreneurs with pro bono collaborative law services to assist entrepreneurs in resolving disputes related to their business.
